Please Note: No food or beverage may be brought into the facility nor may any food or beverage be removed from the facility after the close of the event, even if fewer guest attend then planned (exceptions include top of wedding cake).

A $1000 non-refundable deposit by check or cash is required to guarantee the date. $4000 is due three months prior by check or cash. The remaining is due two weeks prior to the event by check or cash. If attendance is greater than the guarantee, the bill will be adjusted accordingly the day of the event. Additional 4% surcharge for credit card charges on all parties.

A New York State sales tax of 8 3/8 % and a service fee of 18% will be added to the total bill.
